Happy new year!

Posted January 8, 2019 • Change,Conflict Mastery,Leadership,Organizational Culture • by Jennifer Goldman-Wetzler, Ph.D.

Sending you wishes for a bright and connected 2019, wherever in the world this may find you.

I just returned from a trip to Jerusalem.¬†Although I’ve spent much time there in the past, I was suddenly struck by the small, everyday, peaceful interactions between people of different backgrounds and faiths.

Amidst all the differences, I also noticed the shared humanity. The tolerant actions that don’t get reported in the news. The micro-cooperations that are so simple, they risk being taken for granted.

It made me wonder what kind of teams, organizations, and world we could create if we systematically identified the everyday, small interactions that arealready working well, and built on those?

Along with the rest of the Alignment Strategies Group team, wishing you a year of noticing, and building on, the bright spots in your world.
